Hi, I’m Nicole
founder of the NO BS Approach (a play on my initials NB and my “no BS” approach to work).
I’ve spent nearly a decade leading operations across both fast-moving startups to large enterprise businesses. I’ve seen firsthand how messy things get behind the scenes and how powerful it is when you have the right systems and structure in place.
My approach is grounded in clarity, honesty, and efficiency. I’ve worked with teams using Gino Wickman’s Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and understand how to translate big ideas into real, operational traction.
